The spot is perfect for ardent bikers who can obtain special maps (1 cm = 250 m) with cycle tracks in the press kiosk in the village of Castelnaudary. The Canal du Midi offers an ideal ambience to fishers and boatmen under umbrageous sycamore trees – even in the midsummer.
